I think that this is pretty consistent with some of what you've explored in your research, which is just a bit what we were talking about earlier. There's more like eudemonic values, an underlying feeling of purpose in life,. accepting that things may or may not turn out in the big picture the way that I would prefer them to turn out. That starts with the inner work. We're not really going to be able to do much if we are feeling so stressed or hopeless every day.
