The Virtue of Fearfulness

The evil that you fear is actually not as bad as the evil you will suffer if you never try at all. Elon Musk launched one of his SpaceX rockets or tested it and it exploded. That's a great way to never do anything as extraordinary as launching a rocket, right? Because of course, trying and failing to build a rocket is more admirable than not trying and therefore not failing. What are you really afraid of and what should you be afraid of?
