When i first took over the company, we were running inside of four thousand square feet. Andmy shop manager didn't believe me, because he's a big guy. He wants lots of space. I lost employees because they were mad that i had bought the company. Looming in the background of this story that ihave been telling you, which i have hinted at a bunch of times, is the problem of culture. This is an old company with long standing employees and that meant change was, well, unwelcome. And patrick represented change. So i asked him, how are you managing that culture change?
