ADHD presents differently in women. This is only now really starting to be studied for decades. It was just completely missed because it didn't always look like the stereotypical seven-year-old ADHD boy who's bouncing off the walls. I also believe that there's something akin to midlife ADHD. And you can do this as long as you aren't taking stimulant medication.
