I feel lik resonate like a bunch of the things that you said a my, my interpretation of those would be something like, you need to figure out how you learn best. And one of the ways to do that is to try to learn in different ways and see what you take a liking to. So have a good combo of that, because life is not always just following your curiosity. You sometimes need to learn stuff a and the the fourth part is like combining the lits academic version of learning, just may be reading a book or listening to a lecture, with actually doing stuff. i think that the projects you are talking about are exactly that.
