The Progogin Deal and the Russian Ministry of Defense

Progogin is surrounded by Wagner fighters and the Russian Ministry of Defense short of sending in thousands of their own men can't really get to him. I think there might be a power struggle going on within the Kremlin, maybe not at that Putin's level, but at the lower levels where people don't really know what is expected of them or what to do at this point. So it remains to be seen.
