I love to coach people in the middle layer, because i really feel that they have the hardest time. Why? Because it's what you talked about, mark yu, cant get crunched. You've got people from the top handing down directives and t you've got people at the bottom who are trying to do their job. And it can feel like a really, really tough place. The thing then is to create experiments that allow people to start to build conf so just do some little thing, see what happensandthen you could move on to a bigger thing.
