Sally Kohn: The challenges of healthcare can be broken down into two levels. There's cost which is just the cost to the system and about 90% of the dollars are basically spent by three entities, government, employer and payer depending on who's at risk. So how could you reduce the cost? And then the third leg of that stool is access.
