The Importance of Service in a Taxi

A taxi driver in Japan lost his luggage on a busy road. A series of yelling, pointing and gesturing led the driver to pull over. After raising the issue with reception, they called the cab driver or company. Later that day he returned with some cash compensation for my friend to buy a new case. That is service, isn't it? Wow.
