Design and Organization - What's the Difference?

Gevan: I'm fundamentally a change based mind set. And whether it's about identifying the problem or identifying a solution, i mean, certainly am. In order to get the kinds of solutions that motivate me, you have to look at the problems in a really, really indifferent way. Gevan: Bad design in the wrong place in an organization can do more harm than good. It's not just as simple as having a design department. It has to be a designe mind set.
