Apple's new Mac OS X Yosemite operating system has a confusing shortcuts menu. The app doesn't give you the ability to name groupings, which makes using it more effectively way harder. "It should have a clear usable set of shortcuts to navigate," says former Apple software engineer John Yeatman.
