I think the main way that you can really get left behind is trying to maintain what is currently true to day against forces that are inevitably trying to change it. I've been doing something similar, which basically means iam trying to learn skills in many different places so that regardless of the way the future unfolds, i will probably be ok. But at the same time, like there's all these ways of making money, and i'm doing it from all these different sources. So if one goes down, then maybe i can scale another up, or maybe i can figure something else out. It just reflects how wrong my past self would have been, and probably how wrong my current self is for
