We were bootstrapping it because we couldn't afford to have debt. We sold 25% of the company to a guy named Richard Sawwinski. He was like some rich guy who just wanted to invest in the magazine. There was no due diligence that took place. It was literally one meeting with him at a restaurant that he loved and so he bought it and moved it into his office.
