Is the Circulation Period Greater Than the Working Period?
A part of the overall fluid capital is always periodically set free at the close of each working period. The most likely case is where action exceeds circulation, because it's in the capitalists interest a minimize circulation time. As more as capitalism progresses, there's just going to be more access to more goods among more people. And this is part of the impetus behind the trickle down economic effect idea. But likewise, if the market is all connected in such a way as it is now, any kind of a hindrance in it is going to greatly affect everything.
