i don't think that western countries are going to change, because they are so much bound to the partite regime. The europeans are keen on better relations with ran. That's why twice they've come to an to push the nuclear negotiations forward. Iran's relationship with russia is evolving very rapidly. The russians need eran very much. The chinese are moving towards uran. The indians want this corridor, the north south corridor, that is to run through ran, to be finished as quickly as possible. And in the coming months, will see that they need iron more than even now. But will have to see if they have the wisdom to change policy
