I wrote a book called Happy and during that process I wanted to reach out to an organization that could talk about mental health in a very educated and researched way. So I got in touch with the CEO of Mind Paul Farmer and he wrote a brilliant bit for the book The Sort of Little Interview which is a very valuable and important part of the book.
