I think increasingly, when we compete for the big difficult mandates, we only really compete with two or three other firms. We will increasingly be able to differentiate ourselves because we do everything. Technology is going to play a bigger and bigger role - we've doubled our tech spend over the last three years. And what's your biggest challenge trying to lead this? It's always going to be around having and maintaining the very best people.
