There are tools that we can use there is event source databases it's called i think event store DB but you can use as well SQL database which has this ability or you can even store events in tables in relational database using some libraries. The best way would be to have a storage that is by temporal compatible most important thing is that you could run different queries on different time access so definitely the database or storage you we use have to comply with the standards related to temporal databases because otherwise it will be very hard to do it.
