The Importance of Billing Codes in Medicine
At our institute doctors aren't allowed to document any charted data like vital signs or but they do write sort of the notes. The system that we use pops up these micro software documents and it's really slow and sluggish and really annoying to use. We plan on releasing a very large data set of x-rays with the free text radiology report in the coming month or two from over 60,000 patients something like 200,000 different reports.
