The Different Levels of Rights

Rights can exist at different levels as well. You could have a right within your nation that doesn't extend internationally. There is no actual real distinction between fundamental or basic human rights and human rights. The addition of basic by the way I don't think does anything. It's just as a little rhetorical flourish.
