Is It Possible to Predict Knowledge Creation?

New knowledge is impossible to predict ahead of time. We simply do not know the process by which knowledge creation occurs. It could very well be that it remains some kind of black box, that there is some uncertainty principle that controls create it. I'm just throwing this out there. M not saying that i believe it will be. The one thing that can be brought into this world, tho new information can't be bringing into this world. However, new knowledge can be brought in by creative people.
