How do you actually decide how much you're willing to pay in fees? Like do you have any say in that or does it depend on. So the wallets you use, they are pretty good now where it's kind of dynamic and they'll tell you like if you pay this fee, you should be in the next block. But even the exchanges that do transactions regularly adjust those and give you kind of a suggested fee so that you actually transact to and actually go through.
