I think more and more consumers are reading these policies. Studies say that consumers are more likely to switch to a different provider if they feel that the different provider respects their privacy more. I just don't think we're really there yet in terms of creating this shortened privacy policy too long didn't read, but it's something to get on top of because it's just going to get worse as time goes on.
