What Makes a Successful Community?

Andy i stor talks about how he and his staff ran their first parent information evening for prospective parents. It was run by the kids, with no adult speaking at any point in time. The idea came when they were doing an expedition to find out what makes a successful community. He says it brought out things in them that had not been conscious of before. Very rich seems to explore these issues as we go on today.
