What Is Easier Than Cat Tails?

There are efforts to expand the repertoire of what people eat. But consumed as it doesn't mean that it's consumed as food, right? That is not what edible means. Cat tails are almost entirely edible and produce more edible starch per acre than any other green plant. Grass is technically edible but you probablyt don't want to eat it. Then there's survival food, which is not the kind of thing you would want to have to eat - but if you're going to starve to death, you can eat it.
