In Ayurveda there's three main body types everyone's a blend of these and for example like some people are naturally run cold like if it's called Vata. On the other hand there are certain people that are naturally hot like they have a lot of fire energy it's called Pitta. Those people need cooling foods like cucumbers and probably salads and raw stuff to cool them down. There's so much more to it but it just shows you that it's you can't compare yourself to the person next to you because each body is unique yeah.
