The CBI's Lessons for State Police
The first thing that the state police needs to adopt from the CBI is the capacity to investigate complicated cases of various types. The other area where the CBI can assist the state police forces is in training of their various ranks, not only investigation but forensic capabilities. And thirdly, I would say cases where evidence is to be corrected from across the international borders.
