Microsoft and Nintendo have now negotiated and signed a binding 10 year legal agreement to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo players the same day as Xbox with full feature and content parody. Microsoft's push to get this Activision Blizzard acquisition approved by regulators kicked into high gear this week. The one thing that I am curious about is the fact that they said, they will be feature complete. It will be very interesting to see how they're able to live up to that part of the language.
