You want to pick the narrowest foldes, just so that there's less collateral damage and your not invoking resistance down the line if the patient was to get sick again. Sometimes if i'm on rounds, before i can even say anything, the linot ready to narrow yet to day. So it's definitely taking everything a into account. There's definitely a tendency to try and stay road because patients look sick. But once you have results back, and you know more what you're dealing with as soon as it's safe to do.
