I see radical things happening to get me really excited, like what cloud flare is doing by bringing everything to the edge. But i don't feel that currently. Isn't the big one with the agile movement. We have the open source movement. You could argue crypto as an engineering movement, but almost argue idea. I do its not. The closest we have is autonimous coating ad copileof type stuff. Sos, it's not evolutionary. Sencremental. Crypto isno,. no matter what anyone in the crypto space wants the world to believe, it's still incremental. And this goes to, like the decentraliatin for centralization topic too.
Eiso and Jason step up to the mic to make their wild guess on how the state of software engineering will evolve, given what we know now.
The tech industry will look a lot different in 20 and 30 years. From autonomous coding to self-driving cars to automatically powered engineering leadership. We might not be ready for that yet, but our kids are gonna love it!
