How to Find Your High Energy Times of the Day

I'm up early Monday but my brain doesn't wake up until like 12. I've learned my lesson where instead of just banging my head against the law Monday morning trying to get stuff done, I never schedule anybody unless it's just unavoidable. Friday is the same thing because here, most people don't want to deal with you on Mondays or Fridays. It's a good opportunity to embrace the fact that most likely nobody's going to bug you. If you can manage your time and work with your boss or whoever so that you can balance it to really capture your peak energy times of the day, that's amazing.
