African Regional Economy

I see a lot of Africans, particularly South Africans, coming back and saying, we want to develop regionally. They have a really strong digital economy. I think that they're actually poised for a new kind of regionalism. If it's about a binary, you have to have a one-size-fits-all globalism in order to be prosperous, then I would disagree with Bono.
