The Importance of Community Knowledge in Entrepreneurship

I'm curious whether anything has gone like much better than planned and or much worse than planned that you kind of like can talk to. I think something that's gone much better thanplanned is we started pivoting to put on some virtual events. We did like one Instagram post, like organic posts that we had like 400 people fly in within an hour or two. And I think what that proved to me was we actually have community knowledge that other people don't have. That really made us double down into our next pivot, which is building a sort of app wedge products for our community.
