I think sometimes like people, I think people give up too early, right? And I think that they don't take it further. When you're converting someone to be a customer or do more with your energy than what's in the product is also an enormous amount of energy. But at the end of the day, this person had the problem. They absolutely had the problem that I could solve. That really helps me get in the right mindset of like making things happen. If somebody says 25%, I could turn away and cry and go home and all those things. It's when products aren't aligned with people's problems that then you should feel that angst.
