I think that the way you approach problems is probably a lot more important than how much you know and have stored in your memory. There's got to be a time for both expertise and experience versus for sure creatively i mean i'm not trying to teach that expertise is not important but we need to shift the balance a little bit. I feel that our schools and a lot of places are really focused on pushing a lot of knowledge into kids heads which can actually be performed by a computer better than any human on the planet or faster. The creative flexible thinking they're at ground zero at getting computers to do that so having students be able to work algorithmately and rationally is important but it's not
