The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, but the second best time is now. Don't be uninformed about it, but try something. You'll start learning immediately and then you'll know whether it worked or not. I've done continuous improvement in healthcare with two different healthcare systems here in the Southeast over about 10 or 11 years. And then from there, I've kind of moved my way back into manufacturing at Gelswyn where we make windows and doors.
