Xavier and His Family Bounced Around From California to Kansas City
When Xavier was 14 his mother was arrested for retail theft at a grocery store in Utah and then three years later both Carla and her sons were arrested for forging gift certificates. From like 2016 to 18 it seemed that the family were the subject of various police reports at hotels in Oberlin Park Kansas where they would be charged with trespassing. They'd be in their car a lot. Sort of painted the picture of a family kind of on the move a lot. It sounds like at this point Xavier is now a known entity to law enforcement in a growing way.
