I was fortunate enough to see two sides of the Navy because that is certainly not at all condoning that behavior. But it is what it is. And I kind of at the cusp where I got to see that side of the teams and I'm sure it still goes on, but it's changed a little bit,. But it changed a lot. It was on a glide slope the whole time that I was in. When I first showed up to the teams, it was it was dumb and out of control. If I'm the commander and I see what you idiots are doing, you're wrong. And don't do things that you're going to get in trouble."
