How to Make Coaching Less Complex, Alex?
Coaching is a monetizable business, the more complex I make it, the more I can kind of metaphorically copyright my bit and get other people to buy it. You can only get that very, very special thing from me and not from anybody else. So I think you can stretch out a coaching relationship by adding complexity to it. And there was so many brilliant things Claire's told me in her book about simplifying your message but also being known as a person who knows how to do these things well. But for me, actually, I'm really proud of doing that work. It makes me annoyed that all sorts of shiny things are so much fun.
