The Chinese Face Saving Solution

The chinese made what was, for them, a classic chinese move. It was a move in which basically they get the form and everybody else gets the substance. From a policy point of view, that's not necessarily a bad thing. The pharma sutical industry, i'm sure, is happy,. If this whole thing goes down the rain, it'll be fine with them... But you know,  it's really too late to make a difference.
