We actually told Gray, you just pick your market and we'll acquire a company there. And then would you buy it and let me go run it? I was like, sure, that makes actually more sense than us begging somebody to go to some of the places that they went. The first three or four acquisitions we did where people were going to run other markets. There's just a lot of spouses out there that hate me now.
