The Back of House Employees Are Not Going to See Any of That Gratuity

In the boiler room in the back of house staff members who are not going to see any of that gratuity they're sealing is shaking as the people above are screaming money. And I think it's important to point out as well that you see a divide along with racial lines there right so the front of house are all white kind of conventionally attractive folks and then when you see the camera pan down below deck  they're all people of color presumably East Asian right?
