An ideal situation would probably be having all the options available to a resercher. In our field, overtime surveys where you ask people, have you done this behavior? There is substantial evidence of growth in the proportion of people that have done one or two or all three of those behaviors in the last ten years. But we are mut wheare far from these behaviors being normative in the sense that almost every article you look at has data shared,. If it can be shared, or materials available or was pre registered. And then when you evaluate any given sample of papers, that rate is increasing, although much more slowly than whether people have done the behaviour at all.
