Elic: When we don't have a way to process these feelings, because there's not enough of apparent or self energy present, and we have of overwhelm, what causes drama. Ose it's ta fom of it when there's a sense of overwhelming helplessness, with a certain feeling,. These obsessions and compulsions are parts that come in to actually help us stay so focused on something else than being with the feeling of overwhelm. Yes, it's a harsh way of being distracted with something else. You know, sometimes it parts me wonder if i should say this, but we don't get a hit of a positive drug or something. Not that i wish that on anybody
