Not everything is probably going to give you immediately the same result, but there's definitely habits that are easier and or more effective. Having positive anchors is really important because sometimes what happens is we do something like a nice bath and we're anchoring like the the suffering, right, versus the exhilaration of getting out of it. And that makes all the difference in and bringing these rituals in and just actively bringing joy into those acts is really, really important.
