The Importance of Getting More Time on Power Blasts
I'm usually like pretty one track minded when it comes to projecting. But as you say, like with single move power boulders, it's really hard to recover enough. So I think I was taking at least two rest days between sessions. Sometimes I would just do a full two days off and then go back. Other times I would mix in mandala sit. It's fairly skin friendly. The crux and bishop with like climbing on other things is your skin just gets bad.
