Did You See RNA as an Analogue to Your Life?
I think I absolutely use my science as, you know, I do my science biographically. And all of my science, even now, I find a personal connection to the essence of the question. As when I wrote about the liberation of RNA, there was nothing explicitly political in that. It was totally a biochemistry thesis. But nonetheless, I definitely saw that thread that Susan Gossman and colleagues had discovered this set of molecules That kind of had expanded our appreciation of what was possible.
