The process of mindfulness is about observing and thought and letting go away. I think one of the reasons that people journal have just so much better outcomes across the board, mental health, but also in their physical health. As brain computer interfaces grow more and more sophisticated we'll be able to train ourselves to when our brain generates something, just let go of it. And ideally there will be less of them and there'll be less severe because we'll be better at working together because we'll understand ourselves better.
