How to Be Informed in a Downturn

The number one thing I think you should do is be informed about the health of your business. For example, at my first startup, how much money do we have in the bank? Okay. How much are we burning month to month? Like how much of that is gone? And you know, obviously how much is coming in and blah, blah. If they're unwilling to share that with you, major red flag,. You know, and I've heard excuses like, well, it's complex and I'm like, nope, it's not complex. This is really basic accounting and you're trying to hide something from me. That's a very less than generous way to view it
