Is Riemann Zeta Associated With Encryption?

It's definitely something I've seen before, but it's a piece of my brain that I haven't used in many years. Is Riemann zeta somehow involved with with encryption? Or am I crossing my wires here? I'm not sure if it's involved with encryption, but it is involved with prime numbers. It does seem to be some kind of a very, um, Well, so with a solution about the distribution of prime numbers.
